1. Information you provide: name, email address, nationality, travel dates, hotel name, selected options, how you heard about us (optional), and what you write to us in emails.
2. Identity verification results, handled as described in Article 5.
3. Payment information, which is processed by our payment service provider. We do not receive or store your full card number.
4. Usage information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and referral source (Article 6).

1. To review, approve, and manage your booking, including identity and hotel verification.
2. To ship the camera to your hotel, receive its return, and develop and deliver your photos.
3. To invoice you and process payment.
4. To contact you about your booking and respond to inquiries.
5. To prevent loss, theft, and fraud.
6. To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
7. To comply with laws and regulations.

We use your email address only for matters related to your booking and the Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the Service, and only with:

1. Your hotel (name and stay dates), so that it can receive the camera for you;
2. Delivery carriers and convenience-store shipping services (name and delivery address);
3. Service providers that help us run the Service, such as identity verification, payment processing, email, cloud storage, and analytics, including Stripe, Inc. and Google LLC;
4. Public authorities, when required by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside Japan.

To confirm your identity, we use Stripe Identity, a service of Stripe, Inc. You submit a government-issued ID, such as a passport, and may be asked for a selfie, on Stripe's secure page, never through this website. Stripe collects and processes this data under its own privacy policy. We use the verification result and the identity details needed to approve your booking and prevent fraud.

1. This website uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information such as pages viewed and approximate location. We do not combine this data with your booking information.
2. We store your language preference in your browser.
3. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. The website remains usable either way.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, and disclosure, and we limit access to what is necessary. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including handling disputes and meeting legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.

The photographs taken with the rental camera belong to you. We will not publish them on our website or social media without your permission.

You may ask us to disclose, correct, delete, or stop using your personal information by emailing info@mana-inc.jp. We will respond after confirming your identity, within a reasonable period and as required by law. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local data protection laws; please contact us.

We may update this policy as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
